The quality and durability of production are maintained at every stage of the product creation chain through careful work. Grand Agro develops and manages olive groves in the Absheron region. We have launched an olive oil processing plant with several production lines. From this year, olive oil is produced under the “OLIVEA” brand. The company is proud to have a complete production chain, from cultivating seedlings in InVitro laboratories, creating and managing olive groves, to processing and selling olive oil.


Information about the producer
The cultivation of olives in Azerbaijan dates back to the mid-20th century. The first olive tree was planted on the Absheron Peninsula in 1946. Since then, the cultivation and use of olives have become popular in the country. The soil and climate conditions of Azerbaijan’s coastal areas resemble those of the Mediterranean region. This provides favorable conditions for cultivating high-quality olives.
Our company is newly established but has already been awarded at the prestigious LIOOC competition (London International Olive Oil Competition). Our first cold-pressed olive oil won a bronze medal. The company’s goal is to supply the region with high-quality and diverse products. The oil produced from olives grown on the Absheron Peninsula has low acidity (0.1) and is rich in polyphenols and omega-3, 6, and 9 fatty acids. The oil is packaged using the Polaris line from an Italian manufacturer, ensuring uninterrupted quality.
We are the largest company in the region with the newest oil production plant for managing olive groves. Using the latest technologies, we provide our consumers with high-quality and healthy food products. Next year, we plan to start the production of table olives and continue expanding our product range.
